Interconnection of the Provincial Governor’s Offices Network (2015)

We designed and implemented a secure Local Area Network (LAN) to interconnect the offices of the Provincial Governor of North Kivu. This network enabled secure transmission of administrative documents, enhancing internal communication and safeguarding sensitive data
Results Achieved:
  • Successful interconnection of 55 government offices
  • 80% reduction in administrative document processing time

Integrated System for Managing Driver’s Licenses and Vehicle Stickers (2018)

We developed an integrated system for managing driver’s licenses and vehicle stickers in North Kivu. This system automated the process, reducing processing time, fraud risk, and improving traceability and security of information
Results Achieved:
  • 85% reduction in processing time
  • 70% decrease in fraud
  • 500% increase in revenue from this sector

Launch of KODINET – Integrated Administrative and Fiscal Governance Portal (2021

As part of the initiative to collect taxes and fees in North Kivu, we designed, developed, and launched KODINET, an Integrated Administrative and Fiscal Governance Portal. This system automated the collection of taxes, duties, and levies throughout the province. Results Achieved:
  • Interconnected 39 sectors
  • Over 300 mobile terminals connected across the province
  • 100% increase in monthly tax revenue
  • Increased transparency and enhanced transaction monitoring
